About the Archive

The following is an archive of books, articles, essays, and blogs in Plucker format. Plucker is the best offline html, textfile, and ebook reader for the PalmOS platform available! And it's free software. I do a lot of reading on my Palm Tungsten E, and Plucker is my favourite ebook format and ebook reader.

Many of these files were created by myself from their html sources using the JPluck engine. Others I found on the web somewhere.

Some PalmDoc titles are also featured here. PalmDoc is the basic text-only ebook format common on PalmOS. There are many readers that read PalmDoc. I like CSpotRun (local mirror). Most of these were created from their Project Gutenberg text sources using the bibelot.pl script, which can create chapter bookmarks from Project Gutenberg texts.
